November 18, 1944 –  December 2, 2014  WHITESBORO – Marilyn Lois Posey, 70, died on December 2, 2014 at her residence in Whitesboro, Texas. A private memorial service will be planned at a later date. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Meador Funeral Home in Whitesboro, Texas.Marilyn was born on November 18, 1944 in San Antonio, Texas to Oliver and Dorothy (Thompson) Duelm. She married Larry Posey on February 23, 1961.
She is survived by her husband, Larry Posey of Whitesboro; son, Kevin Posey of Howe; daughters: Celeste Posey of Callisburg and Chaunnessey Fuhr of Sherman; grandchildren: Ronny Monk, Randol Monk, Brendon Craft, Kaylee Fuhr, Ricki Monk, Lori Fuhr, Dorothy Fuhr, Kendell Posey, April Fuhr, Clara Fuhr, and Annabelle Fuhr; great-grandchildren: Kaden Monk, Maddison Monk, Peyton Monk, Hailey Monk, and Bailey Monk; her brother, Richard Duelm; and her sisters: Carolyn Patton and Margaret Lykins.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Oliver and Dorothy Duelm; her son, Larry Posey, Jr.; and her brother, Oliver Duelm.
