July 12, 1930 – October 16, 2012 Funeral Services for Margie Holt, 82, of Gainesville will be held 2:30 p.m. Friday, October 19th at Meador-Clement-Keel Chapel with Rev. Allen Dorries, Pastor of United Pentecostal Church Ardmore officiating. Interment will follow in Fairview Cemetery. Bradley Lott, B.J. Lott, Robbie Sistrunk, Nicholas Schults, Mike Mozingo and Bill Dugger will serve as pallbearers. Visitation will be 7:00 ? 8:00 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Mrs. Holt passed away Tuesday, October 16, 2012 at Pecan Tree Health and Rehab Center.
Margie was born July 12, 1930 in Willis, Oklahoma, the daughter of James and Callie (Hilton) Dugger. She married Bill Gene “Red” Holt January 8, 1974 in Ardmore, Oklahoma. Mrs. Holt had worked at the Waffle Inn as a cook and waitress for many years and was a homemaker. She loved to sew, quilt and work with ceramics. She enjoyed arts and crafts, gardening, country music and bingo.
Survivors of Margie Holt include her daughter, Deborah Lou Fuhrmann of Gainesville; sons and daughters-in-law, Ricki Allen and Janine Sistrunk of Gainesville and Randy Joel and Sharon Sistrunk of Gainesville; brother, James Dugger of Marietta; sister, Novie Brooks of Ardmore; six grandchildren; fifteen great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, two brothers, one granddaughter and one grandson.
