She passed away on July 4, 2014 in Collinsville, Texas. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Meador Funeral Home in Whitesboro, Texas.
She was born on September 11, 1948 in Mena, Arkansas to Marvin and Geneve (Fowler) Cummings. She was a talented seamstress.
She is survived by her long-time friend, Bill Morgan, of Collinsville; daughter, Christina Blackstone, of Collinsville; grandchildren: Christopher Hampton and Trevor Hampton; siblings: Earl Wayne Cummings, Louise Weaver, Barbara Roberts, all of Gainesville; and June Knight, of Whitesboro.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Marvin and Geneve Cummings.
