June 26, 1925 – December 21, 2012 WHITESBORO ? Lillie Inez Williams, 87, of Whitesboro passed away Friday, December 21, 2012, at Texoma Medical Center after a brief illness.Inez was born June 26, 1925 in the Pilot Point area to Jim Blanks and Lalie Ethel Cross. She married Clarence Dibrell Williams on December 9, 1963 in Sherman, Texas. She was a member of the Dixie Baptist Church in Whitesboro. She volunteered at the Whitesboro Elementary School. She enjoyed quilting and reading her Bible.
She is survived by her son Craig Williams and wife, Amy, of Denison, TX; their sons: Ryan and Tyler; daughters: Margie Richardson and husband, Glenn, of Atoka, OK; their sons: Terry Glenn of Ada, OK; Gary of Sherman, TX; and daughter, Kim, of Atoka, OK; Carolyn Cranford of Pottsboro, TX; her daughters: Amy Boehmisch, of Pampa, TX; and Brittany Griffitt of Sherman, TX; a sister Francis Moses of Olton; and numerous great-grandchildren, one great-great grandchild, and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Clarence Williams; sisters: Hazel Hart, Lucille Butler, and Edna Estes; and her brother, Willard Blanks.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, December 29, 2012, at 10 a.m., at the Meador Funeral Home Chapel in Whitesboro, Texas with Rev. Sam Redfearn officiating. Interment will follow the service at Dixie Cemetery in Whitesboro, Texas. All service arrangements are under the direction of Meador Funeral Home in Whitesboro. Visitation will be Friday evening, December 28, from 6-7 p.m. at the funeral home.
