August 31, 1928 –  March 18, 2006  WHITESBORO â?? Visitation services for Lawrence Bona, age 77, will be from 6 â?? 9 P.M. Tuesday, March 21, 2006 at Meador Funeral Home of Whitesboro. Mr. Bona passed away Saturday, March 18, 2006 at the Countryside Nursing Home in Pilot Point, Texas.Lawrence was born on August 31, 1928 in Boston Massachusetts to Lawrence and Eileen (Conley) Bona.

Mr. Bona recently moved to the Whitesboro area from Louisiana. He had served in the United States Army and had worked in sales as a tire salesman.

He is survived by a son Larry Bona and wife Terry of Whitesboro and two daughters; Laura Ryals and husband Mitch of Wetumpka, AL and Sandy Ardoin and husband Mike of LaFayette, LA; 7 grandchildren, Bobby, John and Kelly Ryals, Amber, Brandyn and
Kyle Maurer and Briklan Shae Bona.
