Katherine  Thomas, 67, of Gordonville, Texas, was called to her eternal home on Saturday, June 28, 2025.

Kathy was born on October 13, 1957 in San Diego, California to James Edward and Clima Jean (Cox) Myers. She graduated from McCurtain High School in Oklahoma.  On August 28, 1993 she married Ricky Thomas in Whitesboro, and they made their home in Gordonville.  She worked for Webber Aircraft for many years.  Kathy had a very giving heart and was always donating blood to the area blood banks.  She enjoyed camping, fishing and her time with her family and beloved dog Sadie.

She is survived by her husband, Ricky Thomas of Gordonville; daughter, Alisha Gouard, daughter, Alyssa Krauss, son, Jayson Thomas, grandchildren, Keelan Gouard, Garrett Gouard, Taran Gouard, Michael Langford, and Gabriel Krauss, brothers, Gary Wilburn and Brian Wilburn, brothers-in-law, Jimmy Thomas and wife, Kay, Jerry Thomas and wife, Kathy, Linnie Thomas and wife, Kathy, Chuck Thomas and wife, Lucy, John Thomas and wife, Christene, nieces and nephews, Ashely, Tara, Kara, Blake, Tonya , Seth, Hope, RD, Kara, Brandon, JD, Felicia, and Brittany.

Kathy was preceded in death by her parents, James and Clima Myers, brother, Moe “Terry” Myers, and niece, Laura.

Graveside services honoring Kathy will be held at 10:00 AM on Thursday, July 3, 2025 at Dixie Cemetery, officiated by Rev. Rick Carney.  No formal visitation is scheduled.
