February 3, 1944 –  June 19, 2010  Jessie Hensley, 66, of Gainesville, passed away June 19, 2010 at North Texas Medical Center. Jessie was born February 3, 1944 in Cornettisville, Kentucky to George and Elizabeth (Adams) Hensley. He married Diana Epperson August 16, 1980 in Gainesville, Texas. Jessie worked for Valenite for twenty-five years. He was of the Baptist faith.
Funeral services for Jessie Hensley will be held 9 a.m. Wednesday, June 23rd at Clement-Keel Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Bill Black, Pastor of Grand Avenue Baptist Church officiating. Interment will follow in New Hope Cemetery. Rodney Dickerson, Eddie Dickerson, Orlando Perez, Ryan Dickerson, Andrew Dickerson, Trey Meek, Mike Jones and Tony Duddenhoeffer will serve as pallbearers. Visitation will be 7-8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.

Mr. Hensley is survived by his wife Dianna Hensley of Gainesville; daughters and son-in-law, Jessica and Orlando Perez of Gainesville and Renee Hensley of Whitesboro; step-son and his wife, Rodney and Shelby Dickerson of Gainesville, step-son and his fiancé, Eddie Dickerson and Jennifer Threadgill of Lake Kiowa; granddaughters, Olivia Perez, Crystal Dickerson and Carolyn Dickerson; grandsons, Owen Perez, Trey Meek, Tyler Hensley, Ryan Dickerson and Andrew Dickerson and numerous other family members and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents; son, Eric Hensley; grandson, Jesse Hensley; five brothers, one sister and his mother-in-law and father-in-law.
