December 20, 1969 –  May 18, 2013  Funeral services for Jamie Faye Williams, 43, will be held Tuesday, May 21, 2013, at 11 a.m. at the Meador Funeral Home Chapel in Whitesboro, Texas with Pastor Wayne Harris officiating. Services are under the direction of Meador Funeral Home. Visitation services will be Monday, May 20, 2013 from 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home. Jamie passed away, at her home, in Whitesboro, Texas on May 18, 2013.
She was born on December 20, 1969 to James Donald and Era Faye (Moore) Mercer in Gainesville, Texas. Jamie married John Williams in September 26, 2004 at Dixie Cowboy Church. She was a member of Dixie Cowboy Church. Jamie enjoyed taking family pictures, embroidering, putting puzzles together, and making flower arrangements. She loved and took great pleasure in spoiling her granddaughter. Jamie loved Christmas and would go all out for it every year; she always wanted to have a family Santa picture made for her birthday. Her family was her life; she enjoyed family gatherings and would do anything for any of her children.
Jamie is survived by her husband, John Williams, of Whitesboro, TX; three daughters, Amanda Dawn Cryer and husband, Joseph, of Yukon, OK, Ashley Nicole Kirby of Whitesboro, TX, and Jennifer Williams of Stillwater, OK; two sons, Christopher William Kirby of Sadler, TX and John Charles Williams of Sadler, TX; parents, Don and Faye Mercer of Mannsville, OK; granddaughter, Jaimy Madisyn Cryer; granddog, Skyler Jane Kirby; brother, James Mercer and wife, Jennifer, of Gainesville, TX; sister, Jeanette Mercer of Sadler, TX; Mother-in-Law, Cozetta Williams of Whitesboro, TX; Sister-In-Law, Shawn Richardson; and numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Frank and Wanda Moore; paternal grandparents, W.C. and Mary Mercer; and Father-in-Law, John Edwin Williams.
