March 18, 1921 –  January 7, 2005  Dorothy Mae Mangel, age 83, of Sadler, died Friday, January 7, 2005 at her residence.
Funeral services will be Tuesday, January 11, 2005 at 10:00 A.M. at Sadler Baptist Church in Sadler with Rev. Jerry Henry officiating. Interment will follow in Oakwood Cemetery in Whitesboro. Visitation will be Monday, January 10, 2005 from 7 – 8 P.M. at Meador Funeral Home.

Dorothy was born March 18, 1921 to Mr and Mrs Fred Archer in Cherryville, KS.

She married Ralph Oliver Mangel on January 26, 1938 in Pampa, TX. Mrs. Mangel has lived in the Sadler area since 1962, she moved here from White Deer, TX. She worked as a Nurse for 25 years at Medical Plaza Hospital in Sherman, TX.

Mrs. Mangel is survived by a Daughter; Charlotte Henry and husband Billy C. of Sadler and a Son; Vernon and wife Estelle Mangel of Whitesboro and Sister-In-Law; Mildred Archer of San Antonio, TX; 7 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren and 7 great-great-granchildren.

Pallbearers are: Gene Landers, Greg Krueger, Ele Neasbitt, James Henry, Mike Reeves, Tommy Scoggins and Richard Snoddy.
