Visitation services for Denise Hestand-Matheny, 50, will be held on Saturday, January 25, 2014, at the Meador Funeral Home in Whitesboro, Texas from 5:00-7:00 p.m. She passed away on January 22, 2014 in Denton, Texas at Denton Regional Hospital.
She is survived by her children: Heath Arrington of Tioga; Jacob Arrington of Sulphur Springs; Nathasha Lange of Gainesville; Jamye Arrington of Tioga; grandchildren: Cloe Skipworth of Gunter; Justin Matheny of Tioga; Quesyn Matheny of Tioga; and in the future, Jax Arrington; her brothers: Douglas Hestand, Jr. of Tioga; Chuck Hestand of Tioga; and Howard Hestand of Tioga; sisters: Belinda Hestand of Sanger; and Michelle Hestand of Tioga; her father, Douglas Hestand, Sr. of Tioga; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Sharon Hestand; and her niece, Christine Hestand.
