Darlene Ann DiNicola, 86 of Valley View, Texas passed away on October 8, 2025 at her home with family.  She was born on July 23, 1939 in Buffalo, New York to Charles and Elsie McClymont, raised in Harbor Creek, Pa.  Darlene married Robert DiNicola Sr. in 1959.  Darlene was a strong believer and a Christian.  She loved to cook and bake, being outdoors and reading.  Darlene also loved listening to the rain and she also did journaling and poetry.  Her other hobbies were knitting, quilting and crocheting but most of all her dog, Brianna.

Darlene is survived by her son, Robert DiNicola Jr and wife, LeAndra of Valley View, Tx; son, Michael DiNicola and wife, Marketa of The Cze Republic and daughter, Kathleen Ferreri and husband, Nick of Dushore, Pa; grandchildren, Anthony, Shelby, Josh, Matthew, Mary, Aaron, Kimberly, Julinka, Holly, Paige, Peyton and Easton,  great-grandchildren, Myah, Cole, John, Deliah, Gia and Wren.

Preceded in death by husband, Robert DiNicola, Sr.; daughter, Kimberly Rogers and son, Charles “Beaver” DiNicola.

Cremations arrangements in charge of Meador Funeral Home of Gainesville, Texas and a celebration of life will be scheduled at a later date.
