A memorial service for Danny David Thompson, 57, will be held Sunday, December 23, 2012, at 2:00 p.m. at the Meador Funeral Home Chapel in Whitesboro, Texas with Rev. Danny Shaver officiating. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of the funeral home. He passed away on December 18, 2012 at Medical Center of Plano in Plano, Texas.
Danny was born on December 10, 1955 to Victor Gail Thompson and Patsy Ruth (Goodin) Adams. He was of the Baptist faith. He played in a band. He loved playing his guitar and writing music.

He is survived by his daughter, Elisha Thompson of Arizona, and an extended family.

He was preceded in death by his father, Victor Gail Thompson; his mother, Patsy Ruth Adams; and a brother, Tommy Neal Thompson.
