November 9, 1952 –  June 14, 2009  SADLER-Funeral Services for Connie Lee Quintana, 56, will be held at 4 p.m. on Thursday , June 18, 2009 at Meador Funeral Home Chapel in Whitesboro with Jackie Jaresh officiating. Interment will follow in Sadler Cemetery. Visitation will be from 7 p.m. until 8 p.m. on Wednesday, June 17, 2009 at the funeral home.
Connie passed away on Sunday, June 14, 2009 at Wilson N. Jones Medical Center in Sherman.

She was born on Nov. 9, 1952 in Shelley, Idaho to Willis and Thelma Erb. She married Joe Quintana on Feb. 9, 1971 in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Connie graduated from Grayson County College Nursing Dept. as a Registered Nurse. She worked as a traveling nurse, specializing in critical care. She also worked as a nurse at Wilson N. Jones Medical Center for 10 years. She was a mentor to many young nurses. Connie was a member of the Sherman/Denison Art Gallery. She loved painting and playing the piano. She touched many lives.

Survivors include her husband, Joe A. Quintana of Sadler, a daughter, Frenacee Quintana of Sadler, a son, Adam Quintana of Richardson, 3 brothers, Jay Paul Erb of California, Larry Erb of Arizona and Lynn Erb of Idaho.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Willis and Thelma Erb and twin sisters, Thelma and Louise Erb.

Pallbearers are Larry McCarthy, Ray Marshall, Matt Malone, Dennis Parsons, Marshall Malone and Kevin Honeycutt.
