June 15, 1945 – January 4, 2011 Carolyn Wagner, 65, of Gainesville passed away Tuesday, January 4, 2011 at Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital in Denton. She was born June 15, 1945 in Mineral Wells, Texas to Benjamin and Lucindy (West) Sims. Carolyn marred Monroe Wagner December 24, 1964 in Mineral Wells. Mrs. Wagner was a C.P.A. and worked preparing tax returns. She was of the Baptist faith.
Funeral services for Carolyn Wagner will be 10:00 a.m. Friday, January 7, 2011, at Clement-Keel Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Thomas Moore officiating. Interment will follow in Graford Cemetery. Family members and friends will serve as pallbearers. No visitation is planned.
Mrs. Wagner is survived by sons and daughter-in-law, Ray and Brandy Wagner of Gainesville and Charles Wagner of Phoenix, Arizona; brother and sister-in-law, Paul and Ann Sims of Midland; sisters and brother-in-law, Sylvia Miles of Gainesville and LaVada and Thomas Moore of Breckenridge and grandchildren, Summer Fischer of Whitesboro and Marcus Wagner of Grand Prairie. She was preceded in death by her husband and parents.
