September 30, 1934 –  November 11, 2004  Bobby Gene “Bob” Fails age 70, of Collinsville died Thursday, November 11, 2004 at his residence.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, November 13, 2004 at 2:00 P.M. at Meador Funeral Home Chapel in Whitesboro with Ricky Patterson officiating, assisted by Rev. Jerry Davis. Interment will follow at the Collinsville Cemetery.

Bob was born September 30, 1934 to the late Gordon and Eunice (Diver) Fails.

On August 16, 1952, he and Nella Vannoy were married in Fort Worth, Texas.

Bob was a machinist for Raytheon/T.I. for 15 years. He was a member of the Collinsville Church of Christ and a member of H.O.G. (Harley Owners Group, Sherman Chapter).

Mr. Fails is survived by his sons: Curtis Fails of Collinsville, and Grady Fails and wife Sherrie of Collinsville and 3 Grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his wife Nella Fails and brother Curtis Fails.

Pallbearers are: C.J. Carney, Roger Kerr, Gene McCorkle, Royce Melton, Jerry Varley and Roy Blair.

Honorary Pallbearers are: Casey Jones, Casey McCorkle and Bill White.

Visitation will be from 7-8 P.M. Friday, November 12, 2004 at the Funeral Home.
