February 20, 1952 –  January 26, 2012  Billy Edwin Bentley, 60, of Pottsboro died December 26, 2012 at his residence after a long struggle with Type 1 (childhood) Diabetes. He was born February 20, 1952 in Muenster, Texas to William Weldon and Nellie Hester (Roberson) Bentley. Billy had worked as a carpet installer. He loved to hunt.
Survivors of Billy Bentley include his sister, Nita Mercer of Pottsboro; nephew, Russell Berry of Dallas; niece, Julia Berry of Lubbock, daughter, Clarissa Hess of Muenster and grandchildren, Hayley, Kylie and Mikinzie Hess of Muenster. He was preceded in death by his parents.
