Beulah “Sue” Tatum, 92, of Whitesboro passed away on Saturday, November 27, 2021, at her residence with her family by her side. Funeral service will be held on Thursday, December 2, 2021, at 11:00 AM at the Meador Funeral Home Chapel with her grandson Lee Tatum officiating with burial to follow at the Era Cemetery. Visitation will be from 9:00 AM until service time.

Sue was born on April 6, 1929, to Phillip and Alice West Greanead in there home in Era. She married Jim Tatum on January 12, 1946. Sue worked at the Era School cafeteria for many years. She loved to cook, gardening, and loved to dance. When her children were little, she made all their clothes. Sue also enjoyed traveling and she loved to go dancing. She enjoyed going to the casinos with her daughter especially when she won. Her most favorite thing to do is spending time with her family especially her grandchildren.

She is survived by her daughters Brenda Jones of Alvarado, TX, Carolyn Colwell and her husband Ronnie of Gainesville, Terry Henry and husband Richard of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Her sister Wanda Jones of Winthrop, Massachusetts. Sue is also survived by her 10 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren and 7 great-great grandchildren and by several nieces, nephews and cousins. Sue is survived by her best friend Kay Clark of Whitesboro, TX.

Sue is preceded in death by her husband Jim Tatum; Son Bobby Tatum; parents Phillip and Alice Greanead; grandsons Bryan Wise and Shannon Sikes and her brothers RC, WB, Idell and Odell Greanead.
