I’m sorry I didn’t know about Betty’s death. She was very memorable. We lived likely 1/2 mile from them as the crow flies and when her son Billy Bob was at my house, whistle louder than the freight train engines crossing Broadway and California streets. We always knew it was Betty calling Billy Bob home for supper!
