Anthony Eddings, 75, of Whitesboro, Texas entered into his heavenly home on Saturday, April 20, 2019.

He was born on November 29, 1943 in Fresno, CA to Isaiah and Tressie (Bell) Eddings.  He married Barbara Lambert in Cleburne, TX on October 20, 1960.  Anthony loved gardening, fishing, cooking and hosting family events.  He was employed at Texas Instruments/MEMC until his retirement in May of 1999.

Anthony is survived by his wife, Barbara Eddings of Whitesboro, son, Clayton Eddings and wife, Anna of Linden, TX, daughter, Lorrie Wilkerson and husband, John of Howe, TX, daughter, Shelly Tischler-O’Donnell and husband, Mike of Buda, TX, grandchildren, Teffany Robinson and husband, Everett, Jared Chisum and wife, Morgan, Chad Eddings, Jeremy Chisum and wife, Regina, Jay Tischler, Janna Tischler, Rachel Eddings, Erica Hammonds and husband, Nicholas, Elaina Wilkerson, nine great-grandchildren, brothers, Terry Eddings and wife Jane of Sherman, TX, Melvin Eddings and wife, Shirley of Sherman, TX, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and other loving family members.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Isaiah and Tressie Eddings, and brother, Darrell Eddings.

Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Meador Funeral Home of Whitesboro.  The family will hold a memorial service at a later date.
