June 19, 1923 –  October 23, 2016  Alice Eileen Andrews passed away Sunday, October 23, 2016 at her residence in Gainesville at the age of ninety-three. She was born in Medina, Ohio to Harry L. and Alice E. (Watson) Bryant on June 19, 1923. Alice married Galen Andrews, Sr. December 26, 1941. They had been married sixty-three years when he died in 2004.
Survivors of Mrs. Andrews include her daughter, Kathleen Fasolo of Gainesville; sons, Harry Andrews of Fulton, Kentucky and Eugene Andrews of Humbolt, Tennessee; fifteen grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren and eight great-great-grandchildren. In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Galen Andrews, Jr. and a granddaughter, Christy Rushing.

No services are scheduled at this time. Cremation is under the direction of Meador Funeral Home in Gainesville.
