Aaron George Hott, 92 of Ft. Worth, Texas passes away on May 6, 2025. He was born on November 12, 1932, in Gainesville, Texas to Jewell Markwood Hott and Lillian Beatrice (Sims) Hott. Aaron married Margaret Crump in Ft. Worth on February 9, 1957, and was together until her passing in 2007. He was employed by Burlington Northern as a welder. Aaron enjoyed Texas Rangers Baseball, Dallas Cowboys, playing dominos and hunting.
Aaron is survived by his children: Lilian Ann Hott, Leslie Ann Hott and Penny LaNell Hott; grandchildren, Amanda Dee Butler, Brent David Haynes, Aaron David Butler, Colby Dale Haynes, Krystal Nicole Haynes & Lonnie Lee Berry as well as many great grandchildren.
Aaron was preceded in death by his parents, Jewell & Lillian and wife, Margaret Ann Hott; siblings, Ramon Hott, Jr. Hott, W.R. “Ray” Hott, James Hott and Georgia Ann “Sis” Hott.
The Pallbearers will be Lonnie Lee Berry, Brent David Haynes, Colby Dale Haynes, Aaron David Butler, Tito Vargas and Todd Sayles.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 10, 2025 at 10:00am at Meador Funeral Home, 1204 E. California Street, Gainesville, Texas. Funeral Service will follow at 11:00 am, Saturday, May 10, 2025. Interment to follow at New Hope Cemetery, Mountain Springs, Texas.
