September 23, 1945 –  August 6, 2015  Memorial Services for Lee Gravette Colwell, 69, of Gordonville, Texas, will be held Monday, August 10, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. at Meador Funeral Home Chapel, Whitesboro, Texas with Mark Coulson officiating. Visitation will be held one hour prior to service at 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home. She died Thursday, August 6, 2015 in Denison, Texas with her family by her side. She was born September 23, 1945 to Hullon and Zada Gravette in Whitesboro, Texas. She was a member of the North Union Street Church of Christ. She was a wonderful mother and grandmother and was loved by all who knew her.
She is survived by her son, Bert Colwell of Gordonville; 2 grandsons, Collin and Cole Colwell; granddaughter, Cara Colwell; great granddaughter, Leighton Colwell and sister, Hulena Clounch.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Hullon and Zada Gravette; son, Jason Colwell; and sisters, Clemmia Rose Sizemore and Delphene Coulson.
