November 26, 2002 –  August 25, 2012  WHITESBORO รข?? Local funeral services for Weston Chet Stevens, 10, will be held Wednesday, August 29, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. at Meador Funeral Home Chapel in Whitesboro, Texas with Charles Winchester officiating.Family visitation will be held Tuesday, August 28, 2012, from 6-8 p.m. at Meador Funeral Home Chapel. A second service with interment will be held Thursday, August 30, 2012, at 3:00 p.m. at Grimes Funeral Home in Bandera, Texas. Interment will follow the service at Jones Cemetery in Bandera, Texas. Services are under the direction of Meador Funeral Home in Whitesboro, Texas.
He passed away on Saturday, August 25, 2012.

Weston was born on November 26, 2002, to Gregory Quill and Brenda Kaye (Sabrsula) Stevens. He liked to stay moving, loving many sports and activities. He loved to play baseball. He also took self-defense training in the form of Jiu Jitsu. He loved water skiing, wakeboarding and snorkeling. He was an accomplished hunter, using both a bow and gun. He loved anything to do with tractors. Driving his tractor, he could plant, cut, bale and then move hay. He also enjoyed working cattle. Aside from farming, he enjoyed riding horses and roping. He was a mutton buster too. Weston loved riding the 4-wheeler. He also enjoyed mowing the yard. He attended the youth group at the First United Methodist Church in Whitesboro. He was a good student as well.

He is survived by his parents: Greg and Brenda Stevens of Whitesboro, TX; and his siblings, Tevin Quill Stevens of Whitesboro, TX; and Tyson Jon, Kristen Breann and Tanner Dagan Hodges; grandparents: Chester and Kathy Stevens of Kerrville, TX; Van and Joyce Haley of Plum, TX; aunts and uncles: George and Carrie McKirahan; Linda and Glen Harmon; Troy and Heather Sabrsula; Clint and Tiffany Stevens; Beverly and Lew Dye; and a number of cousins.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Weston Stevens Memorial Fund at Landmark Bank in Whitesboro, Texas.
