February 20, 1937 –  May 19, 2009  WHITESBORO รข?? Funeral Services for Garland Wayne Stuckey, 72, will be held at 2 p.m. on Thursday, May 21, 2009 at Meador Funeral Home Chapel in Whitesboro with Rev. Joe Patterson and Rev. Jeremy Parham officiating. Interment will follow in Gordonville Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. on Wednesday, May 20, 2009 at the funeral home.
Wayne passed away on Tuesday, May 19, 2009 at Wilson N. Jones Medical Center in Sherman.

He was born on February 20, 1937 to William P. Stuckey and Bel Marie Stuckey. Wayne married Velva June Stuckey on July 15, 1957 in Sadler. He loved his grandkids and horses. Wayne was a member of the AQHA and a lifetime member of the NCHA.

Survivors include his children, Gary Wayne Stuckey of Whitesboro, Bonnie Stuckey of Whitesboro and Ronny Stuckey and wife Tanya of Whitesboro, companion, Lana Terrell of Whitesboro, stepchildren, Katrina Knabe and husband Steven, Kenneth Ing and wife Amber and Kevin Ing and wife Kristi, 21 grandchildren, Brandon Stuckey, Justin Stuckey, John Stuckey, Leah, Collin, Jackson, Kameron and Cason Knabe, Bailey, Coleby, Kile, Megan, Alexxis and Jarran Ing, Chance, Melissa, Lillian, Jolene and Cheyenne Johnson, Callie Woolsey, and Reighlee Lemmons, a great-grandson, Tyler Stuckey, a sister, Marylee Briley and 2 brothers, Bud Stuckey and Leonard Stuckey.

He was preceded in death by his parents, William and Bel Marie Stuckey, his wife, Velva June Stuckey and 14 brothers and sisters.

Pallbearers are Kenneth Ing, Kevin Ing, Steven Knabe, Rickey Redfern, Brian Bailey and Steve Stuckey.

Honorary Pallbearers are Chance Johnson, Stewart Wooley and Curtis Perkins.
