February 18, 1959 –  November 9, 2015  Vickey Lynn Holley, 56, of Gainesville passed away Monday, November 9, 2015 at Texoma Medical Center in Denison. Vickie was born in Gainesville, Texas February 18, 1959 to George and Patsy (Curry) Brown. She married Joe Holley December 21, 1976 in Gainesville. Vickey had taught school for the Callisburg ISD and was a member of Bear Head Baptist Church. A Memorial Service will be at held at 6:00 p.m. Wednesday, November 11th at Meador Funeral Home Chapel in Gainesville with Rev. David Whittington officiating. Survivors of Vickie Holley include her husband, Joe Holley of Gainesville; son James Holley of Gainesville; daughter, Heather Holley of Gainesville; five grandchildren; mother, Patsy Brown of Gainesville; brothers, Robert Brown of Gainesville and Kenny Brown of Gainesville and sister, Patty Weir of Callisburg. She was preceded in death by her father, George Brown.
