February 12, 1967 –  May 11, 2010  SHERMAN – Susan Gail (Finkbeiner) Lunsford, 43, passed away on May 11, 2010 at her home in Sherman. Cremation arrangements were under the direction of Meador Funeral Home in Whitesboro. The family held a private memorial service on Saturday, May 15, 2010.
Susan was born on February 12, 1967 in Jonesboro, GA to Edward and Sandy (Misket) Finkbeiner. She married Michael Lunsford on October 1, 1988 in Luntz, FL. Sharon was a volunteer for Sherman ISD and supported ECI “Early Childhood Intervention”. She enjoyed cross-stitch and any type of animal. She loved her family and spending time with them. Sharon was a devout Christian and was of the Seventh Day Advent faith.

Survivors include her husband, Michael Lunsford of Sherman, Texas; a son, Austin Lunsford of Sherman, Texas; father, Edward Finkbeiner of Lutz, Florida; mother, Sandy Misket of Danville, Calfornia; 2 brothers, Dale Finkbeiner and wife, Eleanor of Lando Lakes, Florida and Brad Finkbeiner of Lutz, Florida; a sister, Sharon Pearson of Lutz, Florida; mother-in-law, Dollie Lunsford of Whitesboro, Texas and numerous nieces and nephews.
