October 1, 1948 –  February 17, 2017  Ronald Wesley Timmins, 68, passed away on Friday, February 17, 2017 at his residence in Gainesville. He was born in Canadian, Texas on October 1, 1948 to Gerald Wesley Timmins and Wanda Verlene (Carlisle) Timmins. He married Arlene Arendt on February 2, 1972. He was co-owner and operator of Timmins & Anderson Construction Company and Wichita Redi Mix.Memorial service will be held at 10:00 a.m. Monday, February 20th at Meador Funeral Home.
Survivors include his wife, Arlene Timmins of Gainesville; 2 daughters, Teresa Timmins of Gainesville and Ginger Price and husband Shawn of Gainesville; 2 sons, Darrel W. Timmins & wife Kristi of Lindsey, TX and Gerald Timmins & wife Gabrielle of Austin; 9 grandchildren, Josh, Carolyn, Nicholas Timmins, Jaxon & Bryce Timmins, Lauren, Tyler, Kyle and Wesley Price; sister Donna Timmins; nieces, nephews and a host of friends.
