July 25, 1955 –  August 29, 2015  CALLISBURG – Funeral Services for Rickie Alf Lang, 60, will be held at 2 p.m. on Thursday, September 3, 2015 at Meador Funeral Home Chapel in Gainesville with Rev. Jordan Johnson officiating. Interment will follow at Callisburg Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. on Wednesday at the funeral home. Rickie passed away on Saturday, August 29, 2015 at his residence.
He was born on July 25, 1955 in Sherman to O.W. and Opal (Faulkenberry) Lang. He married Lisa Hall on December 9, 1988 in Gainesville. He was a Regional Manager in Trucking. Rickie deeply loved his wife and children. His interests included drag racing, Ford cars and raising animals.
Survivors include his wife, Lisa Lang of Callisburg; 4 daughters, Jennifer King of Colorado Springs, Colorado, Amanda King of Gainesville, Ciara Lang of Callisburg and Haylee Lang of Callisburg; 3 sons, David King of Gainesville, Tripp Lang of Callisburg and Jace Lang of Callisburg; a brother, Michael Lang of Callisburg; and a sister, Billie Marshal of Gainesville.
