March 23, 1932 –  June 9, 2012  Funeral services for Gainesville resident, Peggy Jo Brewer (80) will be 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, June 12th at Grand Avenue Baptist Church with Rev. Larry Huffman officiating. Warren Dyer, Terry Barthold, Richard Hughes, Wilbur Barthold, Gene Dyer, Dale McKnight and Wyatt Dyer will serve as pallbearers. Burial will follow in Valley View Cemetery. Visitation will be Monday evening from 6:30-8:00 p.m. at Meador-Clement-Keel Funeral Home. Mrs. Brewer passed away Saturday, June 9, 2012 at North Texas Medical Center.
Peggy Jo was born in Valley View, Texas to Clarence Virgil and Jo (McCollum) Brewer March 23, 1932. She was a graduate of Valley View High School. Ms. Brewer was a homemaker and was of the Baptist faith

Peggy Jo Brewer is survived by her adopted family, Gene and Sherian Dyer of Gainesville, Warren and Wynona Dyer of Aubrey and Wyatt, Wylie Dyer of Aubrey, all of the Barthold families and a host of cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents, Clarence Virgil and Jo Brewer.
