July 13, 1924 –  September 28, 2012  Pauline Kirk Rex, 88, of Gainesville passed away Friday, September 28, 2012 at her residence. She was born to David Morgan and Lucy Edna (Maddon) Kirk July 13, 1924 in Foreman, Arkansas. On June 5, 1944 Pauline and Joseph Henry Rex were married in Tipton, Oklahoma. Mrs. Rex had worked at Texas Instruments as a tool crib attendant for fourteen years. She was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother who enjoyed embroidering and working in her garden. Pauline was a member of Harvey Street Baptist Church where services will be held Tuesday, October 2nd at 10:00 a.m. Rev. Jordon Johnson, church pastor, will officiate. Burial will follow in Leon, Oklahoma at Leon Cemetery with grandsons serving as pallbearers. Visitation for Mrs. Pauline Rex will be Monday evening from 6:00 – 7:00 p.m. at Meador-Clement-Keel Funeral Home.

She is survived by daughters, Beverly Jo Thorn of Southmayd and Patricia Aiello of Lewisville; son, Gary Morgan Rex of Gainesville, sister, Lawanda Hume of Marietta, OK; eight grand-children and fifteen great-grandchildren. Pauline was preceded in death by her parents, husband, four brothers and two sisters.
