September 11, 1934 –  November 14, 2013  WHITESBORO – Graveside services for Paul Dale Preston, 79, will be held Monday, November 18, 2013, at 2:00 p.m. in the Dixie Cemetery in Whitesboro, Texas. Services are under the direction of Meador Funeral Home in Whitesboro. Visitation services will be held Sunday, November 17, from 4:00-6:00 p.m. at the funeral home.He passed away on November 14, 2013 in Sunnyvale, Texas.
Paul was born on September 11, 1934 in Sherman, Texas to J. T. Harrington and Evelyn (Dennard) Preston. He proudly served in the U. S. Air Force. He was a hardworking man with many talents.
He is survived by his children: Amy Lambert and husband, Tim, of Talty; Barbara Coehlo of Hawaii; Lee Horton of Hawaii; step-daughter, Kathy Kelsey of Allen and step-son Mark Lyle of Barry; daughter-in-law, Belinda Mosher Preston of Whitesboro; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews; sister, Elaine Paschal of California; brother, Keith Preston and wife, Jan, of Plano; former wife and friend, Marian Preston of Dallas; and former wife and friend, Carol Horton of Nevada.
He was preceded in death by his parents, J. T. and Evelyn Preston; and sons: Jody J. Harrington Preston and Jonathon Paul Preston.
