November 19, 1943 –  July 27, 2015  Patricia Jeanette Barnes, 71, passed away Monday, July 27, 2015 at Denton Presbyterian Hospital. She was born November 19, 1943 in Muenster, Texas to Starling and Regina (Lutkenhaus) Lawson. Patricia had worked as a telephone operator for AT&T and was a homemaker.
Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, July 31st at Meador Funeral Home Chapel, Gainesville with Rev. Eddie Johnson, Pastor of Central Baptist Church officiating. Interment will follow in New Resthaven Cemetery, Gainesville, Texas. Visitation will be Thursday evening from 6:00 – 8:00 at the funeral home.

Survivors include husband, Ronnie Barnes of Gainesville; son, Paul Evans and wife, Evelyn of Tyler; daughters, Karla Anderson and husband, Richard of Apple Valley, CA and Wendy Barnes of Gainesville; grandchildren, Cory McAfee and Amanda McAfee; brothers, Donnie Lawson of Lindsay and Jerry Lawson of Gainesville and sister, Mary Lee Hennigan of Muenster. She was preceded in death by her parents.
