November 1, 1943 –  May 29, 2010  GORDONVILLE – Patricia Ann Cooley, 66, passed away on Saturday, May 29, 2010 at her residence. Her family will host a memorial service at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, June 2, 2010 at Tabernacle Baptist Church in Gainesville with Rev. Hollis Parsons officiating. She was born on Nov. 1, 1943 in Lubbock, Texas to Leonard and Juanita (Gatlin) Johnson. She married William Edward Cooley on Jan. 1, 1960 in Lubbock. She had worked as a waitress and attended Tabernacle Baptist Church in Gainesville.
Survivors include a son, William Cooley of Murphy, Texas; 2 daughters, Debbie Gross of Gainesville and Teresa Holloway of Imperial, Nebraska; a sister, Dee Dee Thomas of Hartley, Texas; 12 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; 2 sons, Lonnie and Michael Cooley; and a great-grandchild, William Washburn.
