February 10, 1962 –  November 15, 2012  Gainesville resident Modesto Fraga died Thursday, November 15, 2012 at Integrity Transitional Hospital in Denton at the age of fifty years.
Funeral services for Mr. Fraga are scheduled for 2:00 p.m. Monday, November 19th at Meador-Clement-Keel Chapel. Interment will follow in Fairview Cemetery with Javier Fraga, Modesta Fraga, Jr., Ruben Paz and Arturo Fraga serving as pallbearers.. Visitation will be 7 – 9 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.

Survivors of Modesto Fraga include his wife Maria Fraga of San Antonio, seven children, Maria Paz and her husband, Ruben of Gainesville, Javier Fraga and his wife, Lidia of San Antonio, Modesto Fraga, Jr. and his wife, Magdalena of San Antonio, Raymundo Fraga of San Antnio, Rosanna Sanchez and her husband, Michael of San Antonio, Alejandro Fraga of Gainesville and Efrain Fraga of Gainesville; twelve grandchildren; four brothers, Arturo Fraga, Jose Luis Fraga, Pedro Fraga and Domingo Fraga, Jr. and one sister, Maria Guadalupe Fraga. He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Martha Fraga.
