October 26, 1920 –  July 19, 2016  Graveside Services for Mary Evelyn Cox, 95, will be held Saturday, July 23, 2016, at 2:00 p.m. at Mt. Zion Cemetery with Rev. Rick Carney officiating. Visitation will be held Saturday before the graveside service from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Meador Funeral Home, Whitesboro, Texas. She passed away July 19, 2016, at Texoma Medical Center in Denison, Texas.She was born to Bismark and Myrtie (Todd) Behrens on October 26, 1920, in Garland, Texas. She married Clifford Cox on July 25, 1942, in Whitesboro, Texas.
She is survived by 2 sisters, Meda Gregory of Kingston, OK and Mildred Pilcher of Houston, TX; as well as, numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Bismark and Myrtie Behrens, and husband, Clifford Cox.
