May 19, 1937 –  April 18, 2017  COLLINSVILLE- Graveside services for Mary Ellen (Brown) Blazek, 79, will be held at 10:00 a.m. Friday, April 21, 2017 at Macomb Cemetery in Whitesboro with Bro. Mike Davis officiating. Services are under the direction of Meador Funeral Home of Whitesboro. She was called to her Heavenly home on Tuesday, April 18, 2017 at Wilson N. Jones Regional Medical Center in Sherman with her family by her side. Mary was born on May 19, 1937 to Jefferson and Ella Mae (Boyd) Brown in Byers, Texas. She married James Clarence Blazek in Whitesboro, Texas. She was a member of Collinsville Church of Christ and she enjoyed sewing and crocheting. Mary greatly loved her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was a very loving and caring woman.
Survivors include five daughters, Debra McCullough and husband, Ronnie of Whitesboro, Marilyn Henderson and husband, Jeff of Sherman, Mary Lee Watson and husband, Christopher of Gainesville, Marcella Kays and husband, Mark of Collinsville and Jamie Blazek and husband, Keith of McKinney; three sons, Frank Blazek and wife, Candace of Whitesboro, James C. Blazek and wife, Cathy of Whitesboro and Paul A. Blazek of Whitesboro; two sisters, Martha Littlejohn and Dianne Vig; a brother, Paul Brown; 18 grandchildren, 34 great grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren.
Mary was preceded in death by her parents, Jeff and Mae Brown; husband, James Clarence Blazek; two brothers, George Brown and Joe Brown; two sisters, Doris Mae Brown and Helen Burris and grandson, Jeffery Paul Bevan.
