September 18, 1956 –  July 16, 2017  Celebration of Life Graveside Services for Mark W. Reed, 60, of Gordonville, Texas will be held Tuesday, August 1, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. at Collinsville Cemetery, Collinsville, Texas with Rev. Rick Carney officiating. Mark passed away Sunday, July 16, 2017 at Wilson N. Jones Hospital in Sherman, Texas.Mark was born to Thomas Eugene and Patsy (Arnold) Reed on September 18, 1956 in Sherman, Texas. He was a very likeable person and would help anyone, anytime. Mark also had a great love for animals. He was of the Baptist faith.
He is survived by his mother, Patsy Reed of Sherman; sister, Sherry Burkhalter and husband, Randy of Sherman; brother, Ronnie Reed and wife, Karen of Gordonville; uncle, Lynn Arnold of Gordonville; aunt, Linda Reasor of Whitesboro and niece, Brianna Reed of Cedar Rapids, Iowa and nephew, Brad Burkhalter of Dallas.
Mark was preceded in death by his father, Eugene Thomas Reed.
