March 29, 1916 – February 14, 2009 WHITESBORO รข?? Marie Bilby Packa, 92, passed away on Saturday, Feb. 14, 2009 at the Wise Regional Medical Center in Decatur, Texas. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Meador Funeral Home in Whitesboro. No services are planned at this time.
Marie was born on March 29, 1916 in Wheeling, West Virginia to Frank Clebisch and Francis (Kockstein) Clebisch. She was a homemaker.
Survivors include 2 daughters, Dianne Zavoda of Houston, Texas and Carol Rasimus and husband Ed of Whitesboro, Texas, a dear friend, Tootie Fouratt of Whitesboro, Texas, 2 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by husbands, Joseph Bilby and Harry Packa.
