Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Meador Funeral Home in Whitesboro. The family will have a private memorial service at a later date.He was born on December 16, 1941 to Vernon A. and Dorothy (Graham) Davis in Collinsville, Texas. He married Barbara J. Elmore on June 24, 1962 in Pottsboro, Texas. He was an industrial mechanic and retired from Johnson and Johnson.
He is survived by his wife, Barbara J. Davis of Collinsville, TX; son, Erik W. Davis of Whitesboro, TX; brother Phillip A. Davis and wife, Jane, of Sherman, TX; sister, Ann Clountz and husband, Delbert of Pottsboro, TX; and nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Vernon and Dorothy Davis.
