December 24, 1957 –  November 1, 2008  BURNEYVILLE,OK-Funeral services for Lynell (Wiebe) Stevens, 50, will be held at 10 A.M. Tuesday, November 4, 2008 at Meador Funeral Home Chapel in Whitesboro with Rev. Fred Stephens officiating. Interment will follow in Dixie Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 P.M. Monday, November 3, 2008 at the funeral home.
Lynell passed away peacefully Saturday, November 1, 2008 in Whitesboro, surrounded by her loving family after a 3 year battle with Colon Cancer.

Lynell was born on December 24, 1957 in Sherman, Texas to Garry Upton and Annie Lucille (Galyon) Wiebe. She married Robert (Bob) Stevens on December 15, 2001 in Marietta, Oklahoma. Lynell worked as an Independent Decorating Consultant for over 21 years for Home Interior Designs which included being a Unit Director. She had a love for life and the vibrant colors of life. Her hobbies were lipstick and her two dogs, Moe and Teddy. Lynell loved living and serving other people.

Survivors include her husband, Bob Stevens of Burneyville, OK; three brothers, George Dressler and wife Nora of Sacramento, CA, James Dressler and wife Joy of Hot Springs, AR and Garry Wiebe and wife Pamela of Gainesville; a sister, Lynette Wiebe of Whitesboro and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her father Garry Upton Wiebe and mother, Lucille Wiebe.

Pallbearers are; Kevin Cheffey, Richard Shipp, A. J. Meals, Jordon King, Jim Watson and Josiah Foster.

Honorary pallbearers are; Marty Taylor and Mike Allred.
