October 10, 1949 –  August 29, 2005  Funeral services for Linda Gayle Sutherland, age 55, will be 10:00 A.M. Thursday, September 1, 2005 at Forest Ave. Baptist Church in Sherman with Rev. Scott Jones officiating, interment will follow in Oakwood Cemetery in Whitesboro. Visitation will be Wednesday, August 31, 2005 from 6 -8 P.M. at Meador Funeral Home in Whitesboro.
Mrs. Sutherland passed away Monday, August 29, 2005 at Texoma Medical Center in Denison.

She was born October 10, 1949 to Tommie Morse and Leta (Kile) Morse in Sherman. She married Donald Sutherland on May 5, 1972 in Sherman. She has been a lifetime resident of Sherman and a member of the Forest Ave. Baptist Church. She was also a member of the Phi Beta Lambda Sorority.

She is survived by her husband, Donald of Sherman; her parents, Tommie Morse of Sherman and Leta (Kile) Morse of Sherman, 2 daughters; Kimberly Hilliard and husband Richie of Sherman and Amy Capps and husband Kevin of Sherman; 3 grandchildren; Chandra Toles of Sherman, Briana Hilliard of Sherman and Tyler Capps of Sherman; and one sister Debra Fesperman of Sherman.

Pallbearers are: Randy Clark, Tim Johnson, Bill Fesperman, Larry Capps, George Adair and Frank Skiles.
