Baptist faith. When Jimmy was younger, he loved to shoot pool. He also loved to fish.
He is survived by his longtime companion, Merry Oliphant of Gordonville, Texas; one daughter; 3 sisters, Janet, Nora and Joyce and a furry companion, Chalita.
