April 19, 1955 –  August 19, 2012  A Memorial Service for Jerry Dean Riggs, 57, of Gainesville will be held 2 p.m. Tuesday, August 21th at Christian Temple Church with Rev. Darlene Connor officiating.
Jerry was born April 19, 1955 in Bakersfield, California. He died Sunday, August 19th at his residence. Mr. Riggs died Sunday, August 19th at his residence.

Survivors of Jerry Riggs include his wife, Mary Riggs of Gainesville; mother, Martha “Christine” Riggs of Whitesboro; sisters, Connie Canada of Lone Grove, OK, and Mary Mackey of Madill, OK; brothers, Andy Riggs of Westminster, MD, Arbie Riggs of San Jose, CA, Bob Riggs of Gordonville, Johnny Riggs of Lone Grove and David Riggs of Ardmore, OK; step-daughters, Amanda Warden of Gainesville and Mary Robertson of Gainesville and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, Franklin Riggs and brothers, Tom and Roy Riggs.
