March 10, 1942 –  December 9, 2010  GAINESVILLE – Graveside services for Jane “Jaci” Lee Gaspard, 68, will be held on Tuesday, December 14, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. at the Collinsville Cemetery, Collinsville, Texas, with Rev. Joe Patterson officiating. There will be a visitation at Meador Funeral Home on Monday, December 13, from 6 – 8 p.m. All service arrangements are under the direction of Meador Funeral Home.Jaci Gaspard died December 9, 2010 in Sherman, Texas.
She was born to Rev. Keith R. and Sarra (Huffman) Mann on March 10, 1942 in Terre Haute, Indiana. She married Dale Gaspard on December 24, 1990 in Gainesville, Texas. She was the co-owner/operator of Simple Simon’s Pizza and Bearcat Station for 15 years. She was a member of Central Baptist Church in Whitesboro, Texas. She loved making flower arrangements and was known as the “Mum Queen” every year during the homecoming seasons for area schools. Jaci always had a kind word for everyone that crossed her path and never met a stranger.
She is survived by her husband, Dale Gaspard; her daughters, Kristy Holt, and husband, Jeff, of Gainesville, Texas; Kelley Freeman, and husband, David, of Bastrop, Texas; her grandchildren, Max Keith Jones, Bryan Jones, and Alexandria Holt; and her brother, Bro. David Mann, and his wife, Ruth, of Collinsville, Texas.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Rev. Keith and Sara Mann, and her son Scotty Cecil.
