November 12, 1964 –  July 1, 2015  Memorial Services for James Clayton “Clay” White, 50, of Sherwood Shores, will be held Wednesday, July 8, 2015 at 6:00 p.m. at Sherwood Shores Chapel, with Rev. David Frierson officiating. He died at his home Wednesday, July 1, 2015 at Sherwood Shores. He was born November 12, 1964, in San Antonio, Texas to James W. and Sylvia Dane White. He was a self-employed tile setter and was a member of Sherwood Shores Chapel. He was a 1982 graduate of Denton High School and attended Grayson County College in Sherman, Texas. At age 12, he was a meteorologist for Channel 5 News (under Harold Taft) in Dallas, Texas. He was a friend to many and loved by all who knew him.
He is survived by his sister, Stephanie West, and husband, Don of Alvord, Texas; nephew, Jared Parrish; great-nephew, Jaylon White and uncle, Ware C. High.
He was preceded in death by his parents, James and Sylvia White and a niece, Megan White.
