April 8, 1929 –  October 19, 2015  Funeral Services for Jacqueline “Jackie” Wainscott, 86, of Whitesboro, will be held Thursday, October 22, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. with Elder Thomas McDonald officiating assisted by Elder John Clark. Interment will follow at Oakwood Cemetery. Visitation will be held Wednesday, October 21, 2015 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home. She died peacefully at her home with her family by her side. She was born to Hebert and Ethel Palmer on April 8, 1929 and married Mearl James Wainscott. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She loved to cook, garden and play forty-two. She is survived by her husband, M.J. “Shorty” Wainscott of Whitesboro, 3 sons, She was preceded in death by her parents, Hebert and Ethel Palmer; son, Jerry Wainscott, and two brothers, Marlan and Billy Joe Palmer.
