October 8, 1921 –  October 19, 2014  Frankie Marlene Richardson, 93, passed away Sunday, October 19, 2014 at River Valley Health and Rehab surrounded by her family. Marlene was born October 8, 1921 in Marietta, Oklahoma to the late William F. and Hattie (Pollard) Burk. She married T. J. Richardson December 31, 1941 in Gainesville, Texas Mrs. Richardson was a loving wife, mother and later a loving Nannie. She took care of her family and loved cooking, sewing, painting and crocheting. She was famous for her chocolate pies. Marlene loved helping and cooking for others. She was a member of Bible Baptist Church and was church treasurer for many years. The most important thing that can be said of her life is that she loved the Lord.
Services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, October 22nd at Meador-Clement-Keel Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Ricky Kerr and Rev. Randy Webb officiating. Interment will follow in Rosston Cemetery. Shelby Bezner, Sean Cannon, Jeff Sanders, Greg Hess, Stacey Evans, Jaquez DeAnda and Gary Burk will serve as pallbearers. Honorary bearers will be Gage Bezner, Ryder Bezner and Hoaky DeAnda. Visitation will be Tuesday evening from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.

Survivors include daughters, Carol Cannon and husband, George of Callisburg and Cathy Bezner and husband Chuck of Gainesville; grandchildren, Kellie and Jeff Sanders, Sean and Emily Cannon, Tracie DeAnda and Greg Hess, Shelby and Gina Bezner and Stacie Waugh and Stacy Evans; great-grandchildren, Chance and Kristi Sanders, Kelsey Sanders, Tralie, Jaquez and Hoaky DeAnda, Maggie Cannon, Darret and Zach Mann, Raylee and Kadyn Waugh and Gage, Ryder and Adley Bezner; twin brother, Marl Burk of Callisburg and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, T. J. Richardson; parents, William and Hattie Burk; brothers, J. D. Burk, Max Burk, Less Burk and Bo Burk and sisters, Lucille Wilson, Mae Farris and Ona Lee Salley.
