February 23, 1921 –  November 8, 2005  CALLISBURG â?? Funeral services for Ella Frances Roe, 84, will be 2:00 P.M. Friday, November 11, 2005 at First United Methodist Church in Whitesboro with Dr. Roy Spore and Rev. Tom Peel officiating. Interment will follow in Oakwood cemetery directed by Meador Funeral Home of Whitesboro, visitation will be from 7-8 P.M. Thursday, November 10, 2005 at the funeral home.
Mrs. Roe passed away Tuesday, November 8, 2005 at Pecan Tree Manor in Gainesville.

She was born February 23, 1921 in the Hays Community in Cooke County, Texas to William Foister and Sophronia M. (Baker) Davidson. She married William Franklin â??Billâ? Roe on November 20, 1943 in Marysville, Texas. She was a homemaker and a member of the First United Methodist Church of Whitesboro.

Survivors include her husband William Franklin â??Billâ? Roe of Callisburg; daughter, Ann Dunnam and husband Bill of Whitesboro and daughter, Reba Swanner of Callisburg; sister, Amma Belle Snow of Callisburg; brother, Charles Davidson and wife Alice of Muenster; Grandchildren; Vickie Watson and husband Donnie, Mason Day and wife Michelle, Anthony Day and Kevin Day and friend Lanette; 5 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Foister and Sophronia Davidson.

Pallbearers are: Mark Pike, Billy Mangrum, John Yeargan, Dee Welch, Ken Biggers, Jerry Johnson, H.B. Haynes and Harold Achimon.
