June 20, 1932 –  May 18, 2009  SADLER â?? A Celebration of Life will be held for Dorothy Jean Herron, 76, at 7 p.m. on Thursday, May 21, 2009 at Meador Funeral Home Chapel in Whitesboro with Rev. Rick Carney officiating.
Dorothy passed away on Monday, May 18, 2009 at Wilson N. Jones Medical Center in Sherman.

She was born on June 20, 1932 in Thomas, Oklahoma to Raymond Williams and Bessie (Wells) Williams. Dorothy was retired from the Social Security Administration as a Processing Supervisor. Dorothy was a very happy, spirited person with a great sense of humor. She loved working in her yard. Dorothy also enjoyed crafts and hobbies with all the â??Ladies of the Arbuckleâ?. She had spent extensive time in Oklahoma, New Mexico, California and Texas. Dorothy loved her children and grandchildren with all of her heart and was her daughters best friend.

Survivors include 2 sons, Kris Worstell and wife Molly of Gordonville, Randy Worstell and wife Karen of Gordonville, a daughter, Karen Armer and husband Mark of Sadler, 3 grandchildren, Randy Armer, Daniel Worstell and Megan Worstell, 2 great-grandchildren, Hailey Armer and Cameron Worstell, and a brother, Don Williams and wife Ann.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Raymond and Bessie Williams, a son, David Worstell, and a brother, Jack Williams.
