She passed away on April 2, 2014 in Gainesville, Texas.
Dorothy was born on August 21, 1946 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to Hester Aubrey and Audrey Marie (Taff) Russell. She married William “Pete” Norman on December 17, 1968 in Denton, Texas. They were married until his passing. She enjoyed wood-burning and playing bingo.
She is survived by her daughter, Kim Kopper, of Gainesville; grandchildren: Kristy Rodgers and husband, Micheal; Patrick Stapleton and wife, Crystal; Deanna Eastham; and three great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Hester and Audrey Russell.
